Changes or cancellations to orders must occur within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, accommodating such requests might not be feasible as orders enter processing. If cancellation happens within 24 hours, expect your refund within 7 business days.

We're confident in our products' efficacy and encourage a 14-day trial period for a complete experience. If dissatisfaction persists within our 30-day guarantee, you're eligible for a return. Note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our support team via our Contact Us form or email us directly at support@hygiwell.com. For faster processing, provide your Order Number or the Name and Email used during purchase. Expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days.

Received a Damaged Item?

Our products are diligently packaged to prevent damage during shipping but sometimes accidents happen in transit. Item defects or physical breakage qualify as damage. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery, attaching a clear photo of the damage to support@hygiwell.com. Eligibility for a no-cost replacement will be determined. We don't refund or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear, or misuse.

About Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but sometimes things go away in transit - whether due to courier mishaps, customs, or other factors during transit aren't within our responsibility. We recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details during checkout. Failure to notify us of an incorrect address within 24 hours of ordering voids entitlement to resend or refund.
